INFRAX’s quality policy is to develop, produce, and deliver on time services that meet our customer’s requirements. All requirements must be clearly stated and describe what is needed. Any change in requirements must be approved by both parties.
INFRAX’s quality objectives are to provide preventive measures aimed at eliminating defects and minimizing costs.
INFRAX's quality objectives are identified in the management Review Meeting Minutes. All quality objectives are reviewed monthly by management for suitability.
The following quality objectives are considered mandatory for documentation and review:
- corrective actions responses and completion;
- on-time delivery;
- quality of deliverables;
- customer feedback.
INFRAX believes defects are preventable, not an inevitable result of the process. |
